ZANDER DOROSKI
INDEPENDENT INVESTOR / PRIOR PRIVATE EQUITY INVESTOR

Zander Doroski is an independent private equity investor and the Board Chair of Melvin Brewing. Zander previously worked for Vulcan, Inc. (Paul Allen’s family office) from 2002-2013 as a Director in the Private Equity group. During his tenure, Mr. Doroski worked on a broad range of new investments including Ascentium Capital, Freedom Financial, TowerCo, and PAA/Vulcan Gas Storage, as well as legacy assets including the Seattle Seahawks, the Portland Trailblazers, Dreamworks, Oxygen Network and Sporting News. Prior to Vulcan, Zander was with the Lehman Brothers Communications Fund after working as an investment banker in the Communications, Media & Technology groups of both Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley

 

He received his BA in economics and political science from the University of California at Berkeley

TIM JENKINS
CEO / COMPANY FOUNDER

Timothy Jenkins is a co-founder and past CEO of Point B, Inc., a management consulting and capital advisory firm based in Seattle, WA. In 2010 Tim was recognized as Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year in Services for the Pacific Northwest. Tim sits on the boards of Point B and various Lower Middle Market businesses located throughout the Pacific Northwest

 

Timothy holds a BA in Economics magna cum laude from the University of Washington and an MBA in Marketing & Finance from the Booth Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago

MARK TRANTOR
PARTNER, CFO SELECTIONS

Mark Tranter currently serves as head of business development and marketing at CFO Selections, which he joined in 2006 after co-owning a successful executive search firm. He organizes, hosts, and attends many of the region’s leading networking events, ranging from one-on-one meetings to roundtables, seminars, and forums. Mark brings with him an extensive rolodex of industry leading executives and management teams that Westward seeks to leverage for its various Portfolio Companies

In the ten years before joining CFOS, Mark helped national companies of all sizes with their recruiting needs, including two years spent directing the executive search division of Paladin Partners. Prior thereto, he was the Co-Founder and Principal of Human Capital Advisors, one of the industry’s first online recruiting portals for executives

 

Mark holds a BA in Finance from Central Washington University

JOSEPH WEINSTEIN
SENIOR NORTHWEST LAWYER

Joe Weinstein is a leader in the Corporate and Business Transactions practice at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP. Joe represents companies in corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other business transactions. He focuses particularly on transactions involving family or closely held businesses, private equity funds, and international businesses. Joe's clients include Endeavour Capital, GenNx360, Merck & Co., National Frozen Foods Corp., Joshua Green Corp., and Westward Seafoods, Inc.

CAMERON HEWES
INVESTMENT BANKING MANAGING DIRECTOR / PRIVATE EQUITY INVESTOR

Cameron Hewes has executed more than 100 M&A, advisory and financing transactions during his career. Prior to joining BMO from Greene Holcomb Fisher, where he co-led the Seattle office, he was president and CFO of a renewable energy company based in Seattle. He also served as a principal at Northwest Capital Appreciation, a Seattle private equity firm, where he was responsible for investment origination and transaction execution activities

 

Cameron is a graduate of the University of San Francisco (BSBA) and the Yale School of Management (MBA)
