Westward Team

Prior to Westward's formation, our founders worked together for a number of years at a Seattle-based private equity firm and in investment banking. They have spent the majority of their careers investing in and working with smaller middle-market companies located in the Western US and Western Canada. Westward's Partners have extensive private equity, investment banking and financial markets experience having completed over 100 transactions totaling $2.5+ billion in enterprise value. Both Partners are Northwest natives.
