Westward Partners' Portfolio Company, DLM Oilfield Enterprises, Completes Second Follow Acquisition of 2017

SEATTLE, WA, July 7, 2017 - Westward Partners LLC ("Westward"), today announced the acquisition of Kwiksilver Technology Ltd. ("Kwik" or the "Company") by its portfolio company, DLM Oilfield Enterprises Ltd. ("DLM"). In business for over 12 years, Kwik is an Alberta-based oilfield services company providing Coil Tubing Units ("CTUs"), Flushby, Pressure Truck, Semi-Vac and hauling services to regions directly adjacent to DLM's core geographic markets. Kwik represents DLM's 2nd acquisition of 2017 as DLM seeks to partner with strong businesses looking for an exit in today's difficult energy environment.

Kwik provides DLM with a highly complementary business line of CTU services which are high rate, high margin, and in-demand services in today's oil field market due to the growing number of well completions and abandonments underway. The Company further diversifies DLM's customer base into customers with growing work schedules as over 50% of Kwik's Revenue is derived from customers which are expanding their 2017 activity in the region in which the Company operates and over 75% of revenue is from customers not currently serviced by DLM. Kwik Founder, Mike Ganser, will be joining DLM post-transaction to provide additional management support at DLM with regards to CTU service delivery and market growth.

"We have known Mike and his business for some time and he recently contacted us looking for an exit solution," said Westward Founder and Partner, Andy Baldridge. "We structured a transaction which allows him to step back to focus on helping to drive the CTU business while still retaining upside in the business he built. DLM continues to look for opportunities to partner with quality oilfield services companies in the region."
