Westward Partners' Portfolio Company Medicine Valley Transport Acquires Dale McNaught Trucking

SEATTLE, WA, June 3, 2012- Westward Partners ("Westward"), a leading smaller middle market private equity firm, today announced the acquisition of Dale McNaught Trucking ("DMT" or the "Company") by its portfolio company, Medicine Valley Transport ("MVT"). Based on the terms of the transaction, MVT acquired 100% of the Company with the current President, Dale McNaught continuing on in his current capacity.
